Polis — City Management SaaS
A SaaS platform for municipal governments to manage citizen requests, infrastructure tickets, and public service workflows.
Polis is a complex multi-tenant SaaS product handling sensitive municipal data. We designed the full UX from scratch, establishing a design system used by 14 city departments, and built the frontend in React with an accessible, WCAG 2.1 AA compliant interface.
