Sofia Andreou
Creative Director & Co-Founder
Sofia leads creative vision at Studio Nova with 12 years of experience shaping brands across Europe and the Middle East. She studied design at the Athens School of Fine Arts and previously led the visual identity team at IDEO Munich.
Kostas Papadimitriou
Technical Director & Co-Founder
Kostas architects the technical solutions behind Studio Nova's most complex products. A full-stack engineer with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and distributed systems. Previously an engineering lead at Workable in Athens.
Ioanna Stavros
Lead Product Designer
Ioanna specialises in turning complex problems into intuitive, delightful interfaces. She leads UX research and interaction design across all Studio Nova projects. She holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London.

Our story
12 years in the making
Studio Nova founded
Sofia and Kostas meet at an Athens design conference and decide to launch a studio together, working from a small office in Kolonaki.
First international client
We land our first European client — a Berlin-based fintech — and begin building our reputation outside Greece.
Team grows to 8
With a growing roster of SaaS and product clients, we expand the team and move to a larger studio in Syntagma.
150 projects milestone
We celebrate delivering 150 projects across 18 countries, with a 98% client satisfaction rate and zero missed deadlines.
